The faculty gathered on September 17, 2015 to wish Olivia Phung farewell and a successful new chapter in her career at California Northstate University College of Pharmacy. Dr Phung received her PharmD from Northeastern University in 2008 and then completed an Outcomes Research Fellowship at the University of Connecticut/Hartford Hospital before coming to WesternU in 2010. She has an ambulatory care practice site and teaches and does research in the area of evidence based medicine. She is in the process of relocating to the Sacramento area to be closer to her family.
